According to the Kaessbohrer company policy, the factory focuses in hundred per cent on the production of the highest quality vehicles and their delivery to their commercial partners. While specializing in production process, they leave everything connected with retailing and delivery to the final client for their partners – and such a partner on a Polish market is Timex SA.

Polish market is in 100 per cent Kaessbohrrer. Vehicles, which will come to Poland, are semitrailers made in cooperation of Tirsan with Keasbohrer Fahrzeugwerke GmbH – the daughter of the company. There are also plans to introduce the whole range of products, so the canvas covered and curtain semitrailers, semitrailers to transport steel in circles, constant silos, self-dumping silos, tanker trucks for chemical, oil products, wastes, bitumen and liquid food, and also pallets of low undercarriage semitrailers. The first semitrailers will be available for clients in the second half of September.

Foodstuffs are a special, sensitive kind of merchandise,  especially due to their impermanence, limited shelf life and short expiry date. Transporting foodstuffs demands an extraordinary fleet and an exceptional care.

In Poland price is still a very important factor during the choice of logistics operator.  From the other hand,  companies more and more often tend to pay attention to details such as meeting the deadlines,  completeness of deliveries and reliability of the logistics companies.  More and more producers,  importers and exporters notice that a considerable impact on the quality of their products have processes connected with transport and storage.  If everything proceeds correctly and according to the standards,  products retain their freshness and high quality for a long time.
Safety is the most important.

A lot of European standards demand the constant supervision from the moment of obtaining raw materials up to its usage and so producers of foodstuffs have to submit to laws. These issues are regulated among others by the road transport law and requirements of quality systems (for example HACCP) .  For our clients who produce and distribute food articles we realize transport mainly using food tank trucks and refrigerator trucks – informs Adam Lechna, a board member of Equus Group, responsible for relationships with clients.  Transport of foodstuffs with these kinds of vehicles guarantees the fulfillment of the most important criteria on the market of food transport services – criterion of safety.

Tesco requires that products should be transported in refrigerator trucks with two chambers and two temperature ranges – for example +1, +9 Celsius degrees. The walls of semitrailer tanks are made of stainless steel and isolate products from the impact of external factors. After the completion of delivery the tanker is washed in certified car-wash and then sealed.

In case of articles, which are destined for production directly from transport, we use special food filters – explains Małgorzata Kukowska. Tankers are used to special kinds of transported goods. As far as the refrigerator transport is concerned, a refrigerating unit is responsible for keeping an exact temperature. It guarantees the temperatures ranging from -30 to +30 Celsius degrees inside the thermal chamber.  The built-in recorders  in every second can generate a printout from thermo-graph which can certify and prove the temperature inside the refrigerator tank.

The situation on the transport market is more difficult now. Ten years ago the rate for 1 km amounts to 130 per cent of the price of a liter of petrol. Today it is just a 60 per cent.  I am convinced, that there will be a consolidation of the market.  This process is going to take four to five years.  Many carriers have already moved into big and well-known companies.  They know, that alone they have absolutely no chances to survive. – says Hubert Baranowski.

The client consciousness  is increasing, especially when the quality of services and fleet is concerned. We prefer to pay more and be sure that our goods are transported with modern trucks, which are fulfilling all criteria and norms, and these can be provided only by big companies.

 The history of the company dates back to 90′s, when after privatization of Warsaw ZREMB (the producer of silos semitrailers), it was created Enerco company. Thanks to the purchase of licence from French BSLT company, it was possible to increase range of products with tanker’s semitrailer for a transport of dangerous materials. The choice of French technical thought turned out to be a huge success for Enerco, for it has sold then over 500 fuel tankers with aluminum containers (50 of them were sold as a BSLT product).

At present, the owner of the company is French Simatra France co-partnership (90% of shares), that specializes in production of steel and aluminum cylindric and elliptic tankers. In Simatra’s offer can be found fuel tankers (including LPG) for a transport of chemicals and and loose materials. Elliptic fuel tankers are particularly worth mentioning. The biggest one-chambered tankers semitrailers types NC-86-A/6 and NC-88-A/7, have adequately capacity of: 86 and 88 m3 (optionally can have up to 6 chambers).  The special construction of tankers type NC, enables to decrease weight and improve the driving properties of these vehicles. By application of elliptic tank, it was received lower center of gravity than in case of cylindric trucks tankers. Moreover, occurring elliptic tanker containers jacket stress are a lot less than in trunk tankers, because they are made of significantly thinner sheet metal. In NC tanker, tank is construction without a frame, the axles are binded directly to the container.

Filling the tanker can occur top-down or rank-and-file, however, unloading is gravitational (measurement systems: Sampi company’s APGC-1000 EDN or Isoil company’s S 9000) or by means of a pump. There is a possibility of emptying all of the container’s chambers using one drain or each chamber separately. NC-88 semitrailers are being sold on French market also as Maisonneuve brand.

 Tanker to transport food (foodstuff) use for watering and cleaning of roads, tanks for transport of water are stainless steel, type AISI 304 or 316 (on request, also flowers) in capacity from 1,000 to 35,000 liters.
The tanks are manufactured by performing a plating having a cross section and longitudinal form polycentric to 4 pieces united by a longitudinal weld. This curling is much stronger than welded transverse direction, especially in critical conditions. Cover plates are curved and have a border, on the contrary they are within the plating welded bulkheads breakwater. They are also stainless steel, curved and lined as they give strength to the sheet in the tank. The breakwaters are equipped with manholes needed for interviews.

The standard apparatus staffing are: manhole upper stairs for access, carpets with higher current lowered, overflow valve and ventilation, exhaust pipe from the bottom, with valve closure, n. 2 boxes side door pipe with lockable doors, level indicator on the bottom of front mudguards and mud flaps for rear wheels.  On request there are centrifugal pumps self-priming. The pumps are available in various models of cast iron (fit for transport of industrial water) and stainless steel (for transport of drinking water).

 The tank is certainly eclectic: in fact using a centrifugal pump and a front bar with nozzles for washing, united with the centrifugal pump, we obtain a suitable spray equipment and clean the roads. The performance of centrifugal pumps (scope and discharge head) change depending on various user requirements. The movement of the centrifugal pump may be mechanical, hydraulic, but may also happen with an auxiliary motor.
